AQUBE®MV5 TWIN is a German engineered and manufactured machine with ClosedLoop water reprocessing and a two-tank and two separate circuits configuration which ensures short cycle times and makes this system the perfect economic choice for the cleaning of stencils.

The system is ideally suitable for larger daily amounts of cleaning goods. For smaller quantities or fewer daily cleaning cycles, the kolb PSE 300 stencil mono-cleaning systems are often a more efficient solution.

AQUBE® MV8 sTWIN is a high-end dual chamber PowerSpray® system for the thorough parallel or squential cleaning of two stencils, which provides excellent cleaning results in a short cycle time.

AQUBE® MV8 sTWIN cleans two stencils up to 900 x 800 mm (35 "x 32"), making it especially suitable for large-scale manufacturing. While common systems with double capacity have to wait until two stencils are ready for cleaning or until the running cleaning cycle has ended, AQUBE® MV8 sTWIN can start cleaning one stencil immediately and a second one later (sequential) or in parallel.

AQUBE® MV9 QUAD is the only batch system worldwide for process safe fine cleaning of four screens, stencils or PumpPrints in one cleaning cycle. It removes contaminations such as SMD-paste, SMD-adhesive and stabilizer materials. quickly and thoroughly. Ideally suited for large-scale productions with several stencil printers.

This system with its super-large process chamber can supply up to four printers every quarter hour with freshly cleaned and dried stencils or screens.

The systems of the PSE M series offer multi option economy systems for almost every requirement of tools cleaning such as the cleaning of stencils, solder carriers / masks, ESD boxes, magazines, pallets, machinery parts and other small parts from paste, adhesive, flux, oil dust and grease.

The two tank combi systems with triple circuit function and a fully automatic 3 or 4step process (cleaning, MediumWipe®, rinsing, drying) and ClosedLoop water processing are very compact, energy saving and well equipped in their basic version.

PSE 300 series

Super-compact cleaning economy systems for screens and stencils

The kolb PSE economy line is a quality series of advanced cleaning systems, which focuses on all essential criteria for a qualified cleaning process and therefore stands for attractive purchase prices.

The systems of the kolb PSE economy series offer extremely compact machines with PowerSpray® technology for the cleaning of screens, stencils and misprints from SMD paste, SMD adhesive, flux, oil, dust, grease etc.

The systems are perfectly applicable for small and medium sized companies and smaller quantities as well as for mass production plants where a cleaning system is placed to each printer.
